  1. Preheat oven to 450F. Butter and flour four ramekins on a baking sheet.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter, stirring regularly. Whisk smooth.
  3. In another bowl mix eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Beat until pale yellow.
  4. Fold in chocolate mixture and flour and divide into ramekins
  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the sides are cake and the middle is still gooey.
  6. Flip onto plates and eat with cream!
