  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a small/medium bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another medium bowl cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla until mixture gets lighter in color.
  4. Mix in the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the chocolate.
  6. Make a big ball and refrigerate or freeze briefly. We want the dough chilled but still scoopable.
  7. Shape spherical dough balls and bake for ~12 minutes (depends on size and desired texture). Gently move them to a rack using a spatula and let them solidfy for a few minutes.
