  1. Eat the dark meat. Eat the white meat.
  2. Put everything in a large pot and cover with water.
  3. Bring to a boil, then imediately reduce heat.
  4. Cook without boiling for as many hours as possible.
  5. Strain. You can strain it through a cloth to remove all the little chickeny bits or leave them in. If you refrigerate it you can scrape off the fatty layer and use that separately. Freeze for longer term storage.
