Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti, use the box instructions
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat, add bacon. Cook until crispy.
  3. Add onion, celery, carrot, and oregano. Cook until the vegetables begin to soften, 9ish minutes
  4. Add garlic, cook 2ish minutes
  5. Crumble in ground beef, cook until no longer pink, 9ish minutes.
  6. Pour vinegar in, simmer until liquid evaporates, 5ish minutes.
  7. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and sugar. Bring to a boil, season with salt, stir in basil.
  8. Serve sauce on spaghetti, apply Parmesan.

Serves two very hungry people.
