Burgers
Ingredients
- Cheese (style depending)
- Ground beef (or bison!)
- Burger buns
- Salt
- Toppings (see below)
Instructions
- Form patties from 1/4 lbs of ground meat.
- Toast buns in a toaster.
- Place on hot grill or pan, salt.
- Flip when juices begin to pool on top, or after 2-3 minutes, salt and put a slice of cheese on.
- Add sauce to both buns.
- When cheese is melted, place patty on bun.
- Add toppings, serve!
